I have used other vacuums before and this one is much better. This is a really easy to use and very powerful vacuum cleaner. The maneuver is very simple and can go under the bed, which is not possible with other similar vacuum cleaners. You can easily remove and clean the filters, they are washable. I have a three bedroom apartment and the battery life is good for vacuuming the whole apartment without having to stop to charge the battery.

I love this cordless vacuum! Excellent suction power, quiet, light and easy to use. Changing accessories takes a little getting used to, but it's worth it! No more cables. I move easily from room to room. The battery is great. I vacuum the 1750 sqm. feet and the battery will not run out. I just turn them off when I'm done. I had no trouble emptying the mud bun. It's small, but so far it hasn't been a problem. I highly recommend!

Batteries no longer charge after 6 months of use. I contacted LG support, it took 1 month before they sent a replacement battery. I told them that the battery is not the cause of the charging problem. Then they sent me a shipping label and told me to send the unit back to the repair center. It's perfect. The LG brand is starting to become my favorite. I vacuum every night. Easy to use, my 3 year old uses it too and cleans it. The suction power is good, I can vacuum my apartment (1100 sqm) on the turbo every night with one battery. The second battery is not needed yet. I bought this cleaner because it received the highest rating from Consumer Reports. Obviously, the ability to empty the tested teats was not tested, otherwise the LG model would have been rated _much_ lower. If you have pets with long hair, do not buy this vacuum cleaner. The trash can is almost full with the internal filter, leaving only about 1/4 inch of space between the outside wall of the filter and the inside wall of the trash can for whatever you're vacuuming off the floor.
