Batteries no longer charge after 6 months of use. I contacted LG support, it took 1 month before they sent a replacement battery. I told them that the battery is not the cause of the charging problem. Then they sent me a shipping label and told me to send the unit back to the repair center. But guess what, they also asked me to ship the gear with the original box! Otherwise they would not have accepted the package. I have to request a box from LG first and then send the device to a repair center. I have no idea how long it will be before I receive the box. I'm just throwing this shit out. Don't waste $600 on it.
