Not What I Expected From Kinderspel

I was hoping for a lot more from Kinderspel, but their website fell short. Few products were available, and those that were fell short of expectations. Cheap and fragile fabric prevented the clothes from being as adorable as they were online. Also, I've seen better deals and lower pricing at other online merchants selling identical items. It didn't help that placing an order was a hassle and delivery times were long. My order arrived well past the estimated delivery date, and when I contacted customer service, they were both unhelpful and hostile. In conclusion, I was really dissatisfied with Kinderspel. I was thrilled to discover a foreign-friendly online boutique specializing in cute clothes for infant girls, however I was ultimately disappointed. In my opinion, Kinderspel does not carry fashionable options for infant girls.

Pros
  • Convenient store that caters to all of a newborn girl's fashion requirements under one roof.
Cons
  • In some instances, customer service may be unresponsive or useless.
