These are 100% a NO. I exclusively pump and the Medela parts are expensive to replace at nearly $30 each so wanted to give these a try and nearly flooded my Medela freestyle flex pump. It could not keep up with a letdown (4-5oz each side in 20 minutes). The milk was not dropping through the duck bill valve as quickly as it was filling, which made it back up into the white suction valve. I had to pour milk out from the suction valve at the end of the pump in both sides and milk should not be splashing up into there. These pieces do not appear defective based on what is advertised, just not safe for Medela pumps as the closed system and for sure not safe for anyone with an over supply like me. Breast pumps are not cheap to replace, if you flood them.
