Review on 🌙 Sleep and Relaxation Support: Melatonin, GABA, L-Theanine 60 Veggies Capsules with Magnesium, 5-HTP, and Botanical Extracts by Nathan Theriault

My favorite melatonin product was made by Schiff and purchased from Costco but is no longer in stock. I bought this product to try and recreate some of the ship ingredients. I took one of these capsules with a small dose of melatonin and I feel like it has really helped my sleep a bit since adding it to my melatonin. I wake up but can go back to sleep. On pure melatonin alone, I woke up many times and stayed awake for extended periods. Sucks the hell out of me! Much better than regular melatonin for me.
