Throttle body replaced after problems with throttle position sensor and check engine light, followed by key light and limp home on my Ford Freestyle. So far it has been the cure and I have no nutritional issues at all. When it got cold here I had to press the pedal to start the car and the problem went away. The swap took about 20 minutes and the PCM took about 15 minutes to relearn how to regulate the idle.
