This is a great lens with the perfect weight to balance with a stabilizer. In true Leica fashion, it is sharp at all focal lengths. However, what kills me is the variable aperture. The Olympus 7-14 maintains a constant f/2.8 aperture despite the lack of a long-range zoom. This is mainly a weakness when shooting in low light, which I do regularly, which is why I ended up switching this lens to a different solution. Glare from point lights on the screen, especially under LED DJ/concert lighting, isn't particularly pleasant either. For some reason it looks a bit dirty.
