I like that it can be used in conjunction with Microsoft SharePoint, so all of my handovers are available to multiple teams across our organization. It is easy for end users to use. We also have some custom fields added which makes searching through documents easier as well. There isn't much we dislike about this solution other than its price point (which may not matter at first). If you're looking into solving issues related to storing/organizing large volumes or complex data sets, then this should definitely fit what you need! This has helped us organize many different types of projects such as design documentation or construction management records; allowing these items to be shared among team members without having them constantly email eachother attachments.
