I have Zipp carbon frames on my road bike (Trek Madone 6.9SSL) and two different Arundel frame models. I use Mandible on my Trek Cronus Ultimate. They are light, strong and hold up very well. I've read complaints that they're too tight, but I didn't find this to be a problem. I've used them with several types of bottles with no problems. They go perfectly with my Camelbak Podium bottles, even an insulated Big Chill bottle. Even on rough roads and single lane roads, full cylinders stay in place. Lighter and more minimal cages like my Zipp are great for most conditions and perfect for my road bike, but not as secure as Mandibles on rough roads. I also travel a lot with my Trek Cronus and never worry about my lower jaw getting hurt by airport workers. Yes, they're expensive, but you get what you pay for and you won't find good carbon cages for cheap. They are light, strong, durable and work very well. So if you have a carbon frame bike and need top-notch gear. highly recommended.
