💧 Arundel Mandible Water Bottle Cage: Ultimate Hydration Companion Review

Best bottle cage I have ever used. It goes very well with my Polar bottles so I don't drop the bottles on rough objects either. The price is a bit high but they are worth every penny. I also love how they stand out from everything else on the market - it's another way to make my bike unique.

Best Cage I've Ever Owned. I have had many bottle cages over the years and this is by far the best. Because of the weight, I don't want to spend €50 on one of these. I could care less about the weight. They are very light but the reason I buy them is because they hold the bottles so well. Other brands don't hold the cages well and the bottles slide out or feel brittle when you pull the bottle out. There are no such problems with them. I use them on both road bikes and mountain bikes.

Highest quality, slim design, light weight. With cages, it can be difficult to find the right balance between holding the bottle strong and having too much resistance. This one has a very strong hold, but the downside is that the resistance feels a bit excessive when inserting/removing bottles. However, it is better than losing bottles during the trip! In general I am satisfied. 5 stars if there was a little less drag, but that's a nitpick. (I love my plastic Arundel cages, they are perfect!)

I have Zipp carbon frames on my road bike (Trek Madone 6.9SSL) and two different Arundel frame models. I use Mandible on my Trek Cronus Ultimate. They are light, strong and hold up very well. I've read complaints that they're too tight, but I didn't find this to be a problem. I've used them with several types of bottles with no problems. They go perfectly with my Camelbak Podium bottles, even an insulated Big Chill bottle. Even on rough roads and single lane roads, full cylinders stay in place.
