Delivery took place within two days. Easily assembles and slides onto the 2" hitch on the back of the fifth wheel RV. The rack itself is sturdy, although we bought a stabilizing hitch to mount it on the hitch and installed it where the hitch and bike rack meet. This made the rack so that it doesn't swing at all. We also reinforced the Velcro on the wheels with additional straps purchased from Revain. He really should have done without all these extras, even though the bikes are very heavy and expensive and we also cover long distances. We bought handlebars for Revain step bikes to make sure we could lock the bikes properly as they don't have high center bars. We would probably add a tow bar stabilizer, velcro straps and bars to any bike rack just for added security. Overall this is a good rack for two of our heavy e-bikes. We also bought a Revain pannier and attached it with elastic cords. Works perfectly!
