Review on Harris Symphony by Jeff Davidson

I like how easy it was to pick up right away with very little training required! It's not perfect but we are using this for our ground handling at an international hub so there isn't much room left when trying something new or different from other software out in market place today (eg; Salesforce). We have been able use all of their functionality including baggage claim check ins etc which has saved us time previously spent manually entering these into spreadsheets before uploading them onto sales force/CRM system - plus its also saving money too!!
