This item is Awesome for Adobe CC

Media could not be loaded. Ordered from Revain and downloaded and installed the software before the package arrived. I am using an old but working PC: Asus M51aci7 477032gb 1600 ddr3Kensington SSDToshiba HDDWindows 10 Home I set the LR and PS folders to the root level, then run the program with module shortcuts to the next level and finally all my desired shortcuts. For my use as a shortcut/hotkey trigger, this thing just blows everything else away. Nothing compares. A 16-key X-Keys stick is like 100! And no 2 ways. This thing can work with over 200 hotkeys/commands! When the device arrived I was surprised by the size as I had imagined it to be larger. And I've read complaints about the screen resolution. But I can say the screen is fantastic! You feel the quality in your hands. And the buttons are responsive! Maybe too reactive. I plugged it into a USB 2.0 port instead of 3.0 as I've heard that some hardware like keyboards prefer 2.0. Windows recognized the device immediately and my icons lit up as soon as I looked at it. Nice! The only 3 cons/improvements: 1. ONLY for Windows 10 and MAC software. This doesn't concern me as I'm always upgrading and only using for Adobe CC, but I can see if you're investing heavily in software for older versions of Windows that don't have upgrade paths/options, it can be prohibitively expensive, and you I'm just unlucky and have to spend more on Optimus Popularis or something. The buttons are SENSITIVE! I ran it twice several times. But once you get used to it, you'll know how much pressure to apply and how quickly. So pay attention to the sensitivity setting for the manufacturer.3. No replacement USB cable. I have a feeling there may be problems with the cable in a year or so, but that's not yet visible. Most devices these days have interchangeable cables. But at this price point and for what you get, that's not a problem. I just buy another one if I pull on it too hard. So my conclusion is that as a hotkey/shortcut trigger, there is NO better option. I don't stream so can't comment on how good it is for its intended purpose, but for creatives in the Adobe ecosystem it goes well with palette controllers or gives you some extra buttons that Loupedeck doesn't have.
