The ease of use is one I really like about this product! Creating an account was quick - but very easy once there were no issues with my information being entered correctly in every category needed for reporting purposes (and that's not just because they have great customer service!). There are other products from which we can create our police officer accident/incident forms; however when comparing their features side by sides all things considered these do seem comparable at least as far what each offers us individually so perhaps its something along those lines? Not much actually though since each has some unique benefits or downsides depending upon your needs / preferences regarding how often & where officers submit paperwork via internet vs paper copies submitted through mail services etc.. Having been able compare both options between writing them online directly into PC version software versus filling manually using pen-paper versions available only if purchased separately makes deciding.
