Poor manufacturing quality

I put this wheel on my mill. Vertical and lateral impact are terrible! The grinder almost jumped off the workbench. inferior quality. Very disappointing. It's not worth the time or effort to get that stone back. Garbage. By the time I get this stone into a usable condition, it will be halfway through its useful life. There is no deal here!
