Replaced factory leaking radiator on my wife's Civic. Identical to the old one in every way, including the Denso branding, the only difference being that the Honda name wasn't stamped on the top like the old one, which was fine with me and saved me a few hundred bucks. Take some time to work as it will take a little time, but it's not too difficult a task and there are plenty of tips on YouTube to help you with this. Do yourself a favor and replace the upper and lower transmission cooler hoses and lines while you take them apart. It'll cost you another $25-$30, but it's a lot easier than taking things apart again when they fail when you're unplugging them at work anyway.
