Identical to the original cooler

When I received it the lid of the box was already open. I think the courier grabbed it by the valve and the staples came loose. As you can see from the photo it had a small damage but as I had already been waiting for it for a week I had no intention of returning it. I took my small screwdriver and straightened the bent fins. This is NOT an easy task, but if you have some experience with cars and watch a few videos you should be able to do it.

Great price, ships in 2 days

Great price, ships in 2 days. Easy to get in. I installed it on a 2004 Honda Civic LX, the mechanic said it wouldn't fit, but the reviews say it will. It worked for me, mine has 2 extra connection points because I have instructions and I was worried they would leak if I didn't close them somehow. If you come across this you don't have to close them until the hoses fit these points, they are not used so they cannot leak. When installing, be very careful not to rub anything as the aluminum on the

Fits a 2005 Honda Civic. Works perfectly!

Installed on my 2005 Honda Civic. FYI, 2001-2005 is basically the same. Revane said it wouldn't work, but it did! It arrived well packaged with no damage to the radiator or the box it came in. I didn't notice any difference in heat from my original radiator to the new one. Thermal performance is good. I don't think you can beat the cost of this! I say this, but I've only had it installed for a little over a month. If anything happens I will update this post. I prefer to do whatever work I can…

Identical replacement.

Replaced factory leaking radiator on my wife's Civic. Identical to the old one in every way, including the Denso branding, the only difference being that the Honda name wasn't stamped on the top like the old one, which was fine with me and saved me a few hundred bucks. Take some time to work as it will take a little time, but it's not too difficult a task and there are plenty of tips on YouTube to help you with this. Do yourself a favor and replace the upper and lower transmission cooler hoses…

As close as possible to the factory OEM.

The heatsink arrived less than 30 hours after I ordered it, a quality replacement for a heatsink that only lasted 4 months and then started to fall apart at the tip where the fins are pressed against the plastic. . This was not a Denso radiator, this radiator was easy to install (if you know what you are doing) and is a great quality product for my 2005 Honda Civic 1.7l coupe. My car overheated and wouldn't start until I hit the gas. After changing the spark plugs to NGK V-Power and installing…

The replacement heatsink lasts longer than epoxy.

2008 Honda Civic EX Automatic 4-Dr. 190,000 miles. Cooler Denso 22132205 stars in processing and 1st performance on 1000 miles. The first leak from the epoxy bonded OEM heatsink lasted 1 year. 2. Fixed leak for 6 months. So far no problem after 1 month @ 1000 miles Installation Tip: Many YouTubers like2 say to remove many frontends. However, the Civic EX has a factory wheel arch that prevents easy removal of the front bumper. Solution: Spray light paint on the hood latch and mounting bolts…

I heard the doorbell, ran to the door and saw the UPS guy walking away. I brought my package in, unpacked it immediately to inspect for damage and was immediately very impressed with how Denso packed it. They used a ton of bubble wrap and the heatsink was sealed very tightly in the bubble wrap. I have inspected the radiator for damage and absolutely no damage. One of the things that scares me about ordering mail order radiators is that the fins are so brittle that rubbing other packaging…

Same as Denso OEM radiator in my 2001 Honda Civic

Same as Denso OEM radiator in my 2001 Honda Civic LX coupe with automatic transmission. Great price too. Autozone asked $125 for its Duralast brand cooler. It took about 6 hours to remove and replace the radiator from start to finish. This job requires the following: Remove the front bumper, which is actually not that difficult. Only 4 screws and 8 nylon clips to press. Remove the battery. This will facilitate access to remove the coolant expansion tank and hose clamps. Remove the A/C condenser
