There's so much in this kit that I have not begun to use all that is included, and some of it I will never use because it overlaps with tools I already have or is not needed for stuff I make. I do want to say I really like what they are calling a universal plate-dish gripper. Very useful. As are the tongs.But I want to warn everyone to be careful about using the mitts. They melted some, and my hand was slightly burned when i used them to grip a hot pan. I have others that do fine, but the ones included are too thin. Pictures attached showing used mitt next to unused for comparison.
