I installed these airbags on my 2006 Titan 2WD to help tow a trailer, crouch in the rear. Installation wasn't very difficult, but you will need to drill holes in the truck's metal frame. The instructions were easy to follow and there were some helpful videos on YouTube. I also found an example of someone running ducts and valves through the license plate mounting holes which was a brilliant idea. In terms of performance, they had a big impact on squats. The amount you put in the bags will of course depend on the weight of the trailer, but I find around 40psi is optimal for my load. The manual recommends keeping at least 10psi of pressure in the bags at all times, which causes the back of the truck to lift slightly. I don't mind, but I'm not exactly sure why you need min. 10psi in a bag except to prevent them from being fully compressed and possibly cut. The springs seem to prevent this. I didn't notice much of a change in ride quality either. Some people report that this makes travel difficult, but I don't feel that's the case in my app. If you regularly tow heavy loads I would definitely recommend installing these on your truck.
