On full drive, there is hardly any noise, and it rows smoothly. I can't say how powerful it is because I didn't fall into any significant holes. When given a tire pressure of 2.5, it goes over bumps that are incredibly minor. She moves with grace even at 210 km/h, despite having a speed index of 170. For the Siberian winter, it's the most quiet, slows down well, and rows normally, so I don't think I lost. Naturally, the decision is yours, but I advise trying it because I did not regret it.
