This is my knife when I'm not using my chef's knife. All the rest became "useless". People cut themselves trying to use blunt knives instead of sharp ones. It was a real treat for me and I am very happy with my purchase! It slices through things like it's all butter. It's light and well balanced, and it comes in a great sheath (or rather) that I always keep it in. The quality and frequency of use made the price affordable for me. Both of my knives are made by this company and I am very satisfied.
