Loud and poor quality

I have just replaced my previous Stiebel Eltron wall unit which broke after a year of use with another Stiebel Eltron wall unit hoping this unit will be better. I only chose the same brand because the unit fit into the space in the wall for the heater. I'm already disappointed. The device does an excellent job of generating heat; However, the device is too loud. It looks like it blew out after a few weeks of use. It was a tolerable level of noise at first, but it got worse. The noise comes from the device itself and has nothing to do with installation issues.
