I got plantar fasciitis after chasing my runaway child. She cycled along the path and headed for the road. I haven't run in 7 years due to back problems, but sprinting is about breaking my paper machete. We shouldn't have gone this route, it's very difficult to keep an eye on the children, there are a lot of barbed wire fences, it's too crowded etc. but my wife demanded we go there and she is much worse off than Foot problems so we went. shoes anyway. At pf you must always wear shoes. Barefoot is murder. I wear them around the house and also when I go for walks. They made me run 40 miles in a busy week. I got another pair of shoes with orthotics for $250 and these shoes won. At first I tried to fit my fancy orthotics in, but the one that came with it is very thick. Changing the insoles made the shoes too loose and folding the insoles twice made them too tight. So expect problems if you want to use different insoles. In the end I'm happy with them the way they are. On my extremely tedious journey through plantar fasciitis, along with ice, rollerblading, and rest, these shoes are a critical product for me.
