So far, so good. There is a learning curve but I am confident in its ability

I purchased this specifically to disable the service due date message on my 2013 Audi A4. I also have a 2020 Honda Odyssey and a BMW E36. At first I was frustrated that I could only figure out how to reset the oil, which can also be done via MMI (and much faster). However, I contacted support (Kristina) and they responded very quickly. Answers. They provided an mp4 video which I couldn't watch and to be honest it was still in Chinese but I found a service reset process online (high service level). I'm excited to see what else it can do!
