I bought this PIN server for my local office that is completely wireless (wireless desktops - I haven't decided they are wireless but that's beside the point). Anyway, installation wasn't difficult. However, the office called me twice to say that their printer is now printing garbled code or blank pages. It can print a few good pages followed by bad pages. This is not a driver issue as they are using the same driver they used when their printer was connected to one of their desktop computers. I called tech support, which by the way was outsourced to India, and they weren't very helpful. I was prompted to restart my computer and print server. I will call again and ask for level 2 support. This print server may not be compatible with your printer. Not sure. I'm only giving it 2 stars because it was easy to assemble. But that's all. piece of trash.
