The ease of use, customer support from their team as well as how easy it was to set up queues for our customers. We were able to quickly ramp up using their prebuilt templates which made setting them up very simple. Their platform has been updated several times since we started using them in 2016 so sometimes there are minor changes that need to be done but they're quick about making those updates available through an update process. Queue management at scale can get tricky when you have hundreds or thousands of agents working across multiple locations. As someone who works with this every day I would say earlyOne makes managing queues much easier than trying to do everything manually.
