Very easy and user friendly software that is just what was needed by my office

The ease in which you can enter information with it being available 24/7 online has made our jobs easier than ever! There are no issues at all for us so far as using this program but I have heard other people mention how slow sometimes they think their computer gets when loading some pages or inputting data.
Make sure if someone else uses an apple device (iPad) then make adjustments accordingly because there may be problems trying to use those devices while working from home. It makes entering permits much more efficient since we don't need copies anymore nor do we wait weeks before getting results back after submitting them through emailing files via dropbox etc..

Easy access
Lots easy options that allow user's many choices, including different languages.
Very helpful training videos included within product itself very good learning tool especially considering most users receive little education once hired into job positions where such software is used.
Excellent customer support service by way
