I bought this because I had a backlog of sourdough starter and stumbled across a reset pasta recipe. I had never made homemade pasta before, didn't know if I wanted to, and wasn't sure I would ever do it again, so I didn't want to invest in the much more expensive KitchenAid tools. I unpacked it. and found that the nozzle is heavy, very well made and appears to be easy to use. I looked through the booklet and saw what was supposed to be in it. Well I couldn't find a smaller brush but that's okay. Of course, do not send it back or contact the seller. I kneaded the dough; while smearing flour and general mess in the kitchen; cooked it tossed with some pesto and DELICIOUS! The process was easy enough and next time I'll be more prepared with the system. I divided the dough into 4 workable pieces and everything went smoothly until the last one broke right in the middle during the last roll out (the mistake was a small piece of dried dough). Again, no big deal, I only had two pieces of ruffled linguine. Then I cleaned the nozzle. No water, just brushing. I noticed the "Press" prompt to remove the cover (it's easier!) and lo and behold. The smaller brush is at the bottom between all the rollers and knives. So! It works, works well even with extra bits where they don't fit and I will definitely use it again. (The brush was saved by a good shake).
