Very easy to use. Sprinkle with flour, the dough will not stick and will not crumble into lumps. The dough needs to be the right consistency to cut cleanly (more of a recipe issue). Simple cleaning brush.

I am buying this product to use with a kitchen utensil blender. It is very efficient and easy to use. Getting this will save you a lot of time on ingredients and cleanliness wherever you use it. This is definitely a very good product.

We've only used this once, but making pasta was relatively easy! The device is SOLID with all steel parts except for the plastic body, nothing to suggest that this is any kind of cheap product. With the dial on the front you can adjust the thickness of the dough. Cleaning is of course easy, including the occasional use of mineral oil to keep the parts running smoothly. We simply used regular mineral oil, which can be found in any store. All in all a great attachment for our KitchenAid 👍

I had a kitchen pasta maker that works great but every time I have to switch from rolling to cutting it hurts a lot because sometimes you make mistakes rolling the dough. It solves my problem, it's all in one, I made pumpkin noodles with it, it was a hit and my kids loved it. In addition, the top can be opened for easy cleaning. I love this substitute. It's heavy and works great. It also comes with two cleaning brushes and an extra long screw for easy attachment to a kitchen utensil.

I made egg pasta dough, formed a 1 inch snake out of the dough and flattened it. I then used the machine to roll out the pasta on a thick setting and then run it through the thinnest setting.
