Even though TOPOSH Company advertises itself as a one-stop-shop for all your electronic and home security needs, this review reveals that in reality, they fall well short of the mark. Due to my negative interactions with this business, I cannot endorse them. To begin with, they don't offer nearly as many products as their rivals do, and their costs are generally higher as well. When I finally did locate what I was looking for, the prices were often more than they would have been elsewhere. Also, their support staff isn't very helpful. The representative on the phone was rude and useless when I phoned regarding a product. They didn't seem concerned with helping me or interested in what I wanted. Thirdly, they have unpredictable shipping and delivery periods. Despite assurances of a speedier delivery, my requested security system took over two weeks to arrive. Some parts were missing and the shipment was damaged when it finally arrived. My interactions with TOPOSH Company were negative overall. I would advise you to search elsewhere for all of your electrical and home security requirements. Avoid doing business with TOPOSH Company at any costs.
