Great taste and stops my cramps! No sticky residue.

As others have said it has no sugar which I was specifically looking for as I use it in a hydration pouch and only turn the pouch inside out to dry. It dries clean with no residue or stickiness. Also, on my last mountain bike ride, I got very cramped just using clear water. During the same trip, I had no signs of cramping while using this blend. The flavor is also much stronger than other products I've tried. I mix 2 packets with 50 ounces of water and the flavor suits me. I look forward to trying a different flavor with my next order.
