I was very happy to receive it. I used them for a really good discount but they didn't mention it was just for the canopy. I had no back or level. I called I immediately called Revain to let them know I only have one piece, they give me an option to send it back and get a refund but I won't be able to get them at the discounted price I paid, I'll have to pay full price, so it really sucks. I decided to keep them and hopefully figure out how to pay them back with some sort of band and just use them without the bottom tier. It's designed for a small window over the sink so probably no one will notice, and it goes with everything in my kitchen. If I had all the parts I would definitely give five stars but as more than half of the material is missing and I don't think they can be replaced unless I pay full price. While I'll think twice before buying anything that advertises the use of Revain again, I'd really like to see the missing details in the description.
