I have been looking for something like this, the combat boots in various colors. I like the special zipped pocket in the shoe for ID, credit card. For me that was just a plus. I ordered the dark brown and black and was satisfied EXCEPT my daughter took the pair of black boots. I had to reorder the black ones for me. And, you know how you find something you like and then later can't find the style, whether heel size or something else and you wish you ordered more? Well in addition to the black pair, I ordered pretty much every color I could for my daughter and me.It does have a wider fit (which works out very well for my daughter). The only thing I don't care for are the laces. they are that annoying slick kind that end up getting untied. But since the shows have a cool zip up, I can knot the laces so I don't have to worry too much. Or I guess if they really end up annoying me, I can purchase laces.
