I know sunscreen has an expiration date. I used to run a huge network of tanning salons. After the expiration date, the lotions become slightly greenish and watery. I was very disappointed to find that this lotion was watery and had a slight green tinge to it. I've seen far worse expired lotions, but if you're paying for them, don't expect them to be watery. I think that now, while it's usually a bit more expensive, I'll just buy newer lotions. Can be found on any lotion manufacturer website. Thus, the age of the lotion is not a problem. I have used this lotion many times in the past so I know how it should be.
