Excellent sound for the price - low, mid, high and low frequencies are well balanced. It comes with lots of ear tips. So if you get the right one, there's a good seal that protects against a lot of ambient noise at normal volume levels (as well as conversations). The snug fit also holds the buds with no issues and mine stayed fine during a light jog. It doesn't have noise cancellation, so don't expect it. It also comes with a couple of small silicone flanges to keep it in your ear. None of them fit the contour of my ear, but even without them, they sit perfectly in my ear. You have to use your phone to adjust the volume, which I honestly prefer to the intricate swipe-press-left-right patterns of other wireless headphones that I can never remember or save directly. Both earbuds have a handy play and pause button, eliminating any gesture sensitivity issues.
