Review on Contact Tracing by Noe Miceli

We used Right Crowd for contact tracing at our hotel in Italy during March when there where hundreds of Coronavirus cases with no containment measures implemented yet. It was really helpful that we could see how many people were coming into each room within one day so we could have some idea about quarantine timeframes. A couple times it got confused by new guests joining but overall pretty reliable app! Great way to monitor social distancing practices at hotels! I like that it is easy to use and customize your own reports! Some people may not realize how customizable this software is so they expect too much when using it for their first time. It has helped our organization track who we have been in contact with since March 23rd. We are able to see which areas within an office or department we were most frequently in contact with during the pandemic. This helps us understand where we need more training/quarantine if needed.
