Review on Gene Commerce by Neil Biondo

The team in gene commerce are very supportive when it comes time for questions or concerns, they're always willing give their best advice even if its not what I want! They have been great at keeping me informed about my order status as well which is important considering we sell products that can be difficult get back into stock quickly (like clothing). Overall everything was good but there wasn't anything really bad either so no complaints here from us :) We've used them primarily because our previous vendor went under before launch leaving an urgent need to update some inventory items with different SKUs etc - this has now all taken care off thanks largely due tghe support offered by genecommerce.
