Just what I needed
I prefer wired cabling to Wi-Fi, so I keep ethernet cables in my basement under each room that connects to the switch. These fasteners are just what I needed, they hold 4-5 ethernet cables, and best of all they don't need to be unscrewed if you need to remove or add a cable.
