You’ll have to put it in the microwave several times. It doesn’t hold the heat long at all. I used it to loosen my husbands neck muscles, which it did but it didn’t last long because it doesn’t hold the heat.
- Very comfortable and soothing for my stiff neck. Don’t really notice any order after it’s heated.
- May not be suitable for wearing overnight due to its size
