Mixed reviews: my feedback

You’ll have to put it in the microwave several times. It doesn’t hold the heat long at all. I used it to loosen my husbands neck muscles, which it did but it didn’t last long because it doesn’t hold the heat.

Helps when dealing with a neck injury

I sustained a whiplash injury a couple weeks ago, and this neck wrap has really helped. After microwaving it for just over a minute, I wear it around my neck for 15 to 20 minutes and then do my stretching exercises. It really helps loosen up my stiff neck and relieve some tension and pain.

Works great once you figure out how to heat it

The heat wrap work great to help to relieve tension soreness in my neck. Very soft and the heat can be as warm as you would like.The wrap has 2 channels to hold the filling. The filling shifts too much but from my use that helps to make it work better. This is one time where reading the directions is helpful but I figured out how to heat it better.Per the directions, warm for a minute then flip in 10 second increments until you reach the desired heat. You can change that to 20 or 30 second…

Better than we anticipated

Overall rating: Greater than 5-star.We got this for dad to help ease pain in his neck and shoulders.Rate features- Pain relief: We only use the heat (from being microwaved), so far.- Scent: there is NO scent; that's why we got this product.- Softness: Irrelevant. The outside is "soft", but the key feature is weight. The pad holds itself in place around neck and shoulders. He / we love it.

Works Great good for me

This heated neck wrap worked wonders after I pulled a muscle in my neck/upper shoulder. Easy to quickly heat in the microwave, stays warm for a looooong time, and very soft. Great value!

Wasn't Great & Is Very Limited

The product itself thus far is well made, but it lacks heating passed 2 minutes. Even at the 2 minute mark it isn't even hot or warm. It's like lukewarm. I have a different one of these and 1.30 is exceptional on that one.This thing, nothing. Very disappointed in this one.

Superior Product Sunny Bay Company a Winner!

This heating pad is the best I have used. It replaces a 10 year old rice pad that really worked well. However the Sunny Bay Pad is outstanding and hold its heat for much longer than expected. Superior products from this company. I was so satisfied I bought a second one and plan to buy more in different styles. Don’t recall when I have been so completely satisfied with a purchase. You can’t go wrong choosing this company and it’s products.

For an arthritic pain sufferer, it’s much easier to use then an item with an electric cord and its great for warmth on both shoulder and neck.

Awesome neck wrap in my review

My husband often has pain in his neck. I have ordered a couple neck wraps but this one by far is the best. It is soft and fits his neck perfectly. Heats in the microwave and doesn't take long. He is thrilled with how well his neck feels after putting this on.
