The picture quality is very good, even better than my DSLR+ adapter. I didn't give 5 stars because 10MB + USB3.0 is still slow. It's not easy to adjust the focus while looking at my computer screen unless you adjust the focus ring very, very slowly. It's probably because of the 10MB resolution. Maybe buy a lower one like 3 or 5MB to see if it gets more responsive or not.
