Ordered new internet service after moving house. I wanted to save β¬10 a month. I had to call Optimum and see why wifi wasn't working and after checking everything he switched the modems to extra ones he had brought. The problem was with the modem. Had to pay $80 to find out and now I'm still paying $10 a month. Nervous about buying something not new. learned my lesson
