Full cycle + training 5 days a week = 10 pounds lost

I used to exercise regularly but something broke during the pandemic. I just moved into a new house and after converting the garage into a workout space I thought I might need some extra help to lose weight and also do weight lifting to get back in shape. I exercised about 2 hours a day for 5-6 days. the week. I did 4 weeks of training WITHOUT this product before starting and lost about 6 pounds. For the next 3 weeks I did the same but with the addition of this product before breakfast/lunch and this resulted in a 10 lb loss for a total of about 16.5 lbs in 2 months. The only other supplements I was taking during this time were BCAAs/amino acids and a creatine supplement for my workouts and some casein protein at night. I have a weekly rest cycle, but I'll definitely buy another round when the week is over. I went from about 198 to 181 pounds. At 5ft 8in the overweight has gone down quickly as I've gained about 25lbs during lockdown and I don't expect that rate in the future but considering it exceeded my first 4 weeks when I was at its worst, I definitely thought it worked. It tastes great and gives me a boost in the morning/early afternoon and is light enough to take to work in the hospital. Universal nutrition!
