The customer service is excellent. We are able to use this software for our veterinary clinics in three states. This has drastically reduced the time it takes us to perform our billing. There really isn't anything I can say about this software that I do not like. It is user friendly, and we have received great training. It is very easy to get started with. It is one less thing that we have to worry about when using the internet to bill and collect payments. This is perfect! If there was nothing they could improve on, I would love them forever. We are solving multiple issues at once by using this tool. Easy, fast and convenient. We no longer need to use paper files in order to keep track of billings and payouts. We are also getting paid faster than ever before. This has solved the problem of being late with our payroll.
