Review on 🖥️ Raspberry Pi Zero 1.2, 1.3 and Zero-W Triple Stack Zero Case by C4Labs by Michael Schafer

I've bought other C4 cases and they've all been great. This thing is great artwork for the Pi Zero case, but it's not really a Pi Zero case. My understanding is that they used to have the correct screw size, but not anymore. After they said they were too short and too thick, the helpful customer service sent me new screws advising that this batch was longer and thinner. They WERE longer, but they were still too wide - exactly the same width. After that, another support rep sent me a brand new kit and even said that he assembled it himself to make sure it works - the only issue is that the screws fit the case. They are not suitable for Raspberry Pi. If you try to assemble the case without a computer, it looks like the screws work. It's too bad to rate this one star after all the help they tried to give me, but after this last support request they ignored every reply I sent to this email. If this is the end of support then the bottom line is that I can't use it. I will continue to use other C4 products but cannot recommend this one or anything that requires an email.
