The system has been great so far. It's easy to use and I like how they have it set up where if you put in a new client that you want them to be able to see as soon as they log into their account. I am not too fond of the customer service department. They are very slow and don't get back to me right away. Also, I do feel like they could improve on some things with the software. Make sure to ask questions and be specific about what you need help with. You will probably find someone who knows the product well. We were having issues with our reporting. We had different reports from different agencies and we were unable to combine them to give a full picture of our clients.
