I love that this software has an option of scheduling different types of meetings/events at one time with multiple dates! I've been able to plan more than 1 event at once which allows me to keep my mind from having too many things going through it all together (which would be overwhelming). The only thing about this program was how complicated some parts were when setting them up and also taking down after they're done using it. Having another way of managing everything is very helpful because now we can see what our staffs have available each week so making sure there isn't anything missed out. This gives us peace of mind knowing nothing will get overlooked during these times where we need to prepare ourselves as well as others beforehand before any big meeting happens etc. We use this system mainly for planning weekly schedules but if needed during other months of year such as special holidays, weddings, funerals ect..
