Crashing after falling once - UPDATED

UPDATE 3/19: Added stars for customer service. And I really like the design idea. I got a new one to replace a broken sensor. It's working fine so far. The reason I bought this is the swivel head, the long tube and the reset/deflation button. PREVIOUS: Not very durable. I have no data on the actual measurement accuracy, but everything seemed to work fine at first. When working with machines, you inevitably miss something. It fell maybe 2 feet and now the needle is stuck and won't reset once the button is pressed.
