Pros
- I really appreciate having easy accessibility via my desktop computer AND laptop whenever necessary without interrupting any current productivity activities for me; both internal staff from different departments such customer service reps OR external sales people who need immediate answers regarding product features along side marketing information related specifically TO USERS IN ORDER OF NEEDING THIS TYPE ON CONTENT WITHIN REAL TIME..it is simply amazing how much support we get FROM this platform compared even though there has yet been no advertising budget spent
