I had the same issue reported by many other customers who initially charged the docking station but stopped charging after a few weeks. I used a Mac Book Air (2019 version). If the battery is low, it cannot be charged while the laptop is in use. This is not the case when the power is connected directly to the laptop. This is very disappointing and I think the company should discontinue the product. The fact that they didn't made me very skeptical of their business practices. I will no longer buy from this company.
